Q. Cannot make a new IP705 or IP710 phone to work with the MAX1000 server.

Answer

Currently, both the IP705 and the IP710 phones are shipped with the firmware which supports H.323 only. To use the IP phone with MAX1000, you need to update the firmware with the version shipped with the MAX1000 server. The new firmware supports the SIP protocol.
